Return & Cancellation Policy
Sproutfilter offers paid video consultations and related written materials. Because sessions are scheduled services, the following policy applies to purchases made through our website or by email agreement.
Cancellations by you
You may cancel a booked session at no charge if notice is received at least forty-eight hours before the scheduled start time in Melbourne (AEST/AEDT). Cancellations within forty-eight hours may receive partial credit toward a rescheduled session at our discretion.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is available when requested at least twenty-four hours in advance. Additional changes may incur an administrative fee equal to ten percent of the package price.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel due to consultant availability or technical failure on our side, you may choose a full refund or a new appointment time.
Refunds after completed sessions
Consultations delivered in full are generally non-refundable because time has been allocated and summaries prepared. If you believe a session did not occur as described, contact us within seven days with details. We review each case individually.
Digital materials
Written summaries provided after sessions are for personal use. They are not returnable once delivered by email.

Consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law where services fail to meet basic standards.
